Why "Brick By Brick"
For many people, it can be overwhelming to jump 100% into a new lifestyle. Or, they have tried and failed, for whatever reason. And who can blame them? Life is constantly throwing us curveballs, and the first thing to be thrown on the back burner is ourselves.
If that sounds familiar, Brick By Brick was built for YOU to tackle your new lifestyle one step, one brick at a time. That brick is then solidified as a new habit, and built on top of. There is no required pace or speed to build at. It is all up to you. That is what makes this program so great, it is built by you and your coach, making generic nutrition plans a thing of the past.
Since this program is 100% built by you and your coach together, it makes it unique and much more effective. Therefore, unlike other program or company, no two versions of this program can possibly be alike. This program will also challenge those who claim to have individualized plans, only to roll out the same thing to every person, regardless of their needs. (Spoiler alert, if the plan is really cheap, it's NOT individualized.)
We start with a questionnaire that gives your coach insight on how to build your detailed program. You will work closely with your coach, discussing your goals, needs, patterns, road blocks, what to prioritize, and more! We will also dive into MORE than just your nutrition with areas of your fitness, sleep, relationships, career, and external factors, etc.
You will get your own live documents to help track your progress along side of your coach, that we will revisit regularly!
