Everyone has different needs, knowledge, and commitment levels. That is why I offer 3 completely different programs, with a Premium or Essential level for each! These are not your average programs, and I am not your average coach. I have put an incredible amount of time, effort, and knowledge into developing these programs, and am in constant contact with my members.

This option gives you UNLIMITED 1 on 1 support, whenever you need it! You can contact Jess any day of the week, and you will get an answer that asap, oftentimes within the hour! Great for questions while grocery shopping! This option is best for those who are looking for TRUE one on one coaching and accountability, are just starting out, generally have a lot of questions, or like quick/daily feedback. Enjoy the convenience of having a daily personal coach in your pocket! You also get 2 additional options such as video check ins, and including parts of other programs! (See details)
ESSENTIAL
Jess is there to guide you through each week! You can send any and all questions that come up during the week in our messaging channel right to Jess. Your weekly check-ins will then provide personal answers to all of those questions at once, detailed feedback, plans, instructions, and advice for the week ahead!

Current Members
Keep your portal open even after you are done with a program! You will get all updates, additions, and even the LIVE monthly Zoom calls (recorded and uploaded to portal).
Due to nature of purchase, all sales are final. Program use MAY be transferred before starting any program. All monthly payments are automatic. 5 days notice is required to cancel before next payment goes through.
