The Power of Weight Loss Through Nutrition Education

This is not a quick fix. It is not a fad. It does not require you to replace actual food with "special shakes." It's not some plastic crap you slap on your gut to pretend to melt things way. It's real-life weight loss through science, low glycemic impact eating, and most importantly, nutrition education. Our goal is to teach you everything we know so you can implement the information in your real life, for the rest of your life!
What Makes This Program Different?
The BIGGEST things missing in other programs are education, true accountability, sustainability.
EDUCATION. No one else TEACHES you HOW and WHY you are doing what you are doing, so you are dependent on them forever - but even before then, you get frustrated... and quit. No more blindly following directions to "buy this shake!" or "just use these numbers," or getting generic answers to your unique questions. And this is not your basic "apples are good for you" nutrition. We dive deep into tricky topics that you can apply to real life, such as how to decode and understand things on food labels, the glycemic index, food sensitivities, the differences between the types of fats and carbs, etc. My goal is to teach you everything I know, so that you can be confident knowing you have the ability to do this forever, on your own.
ACCOUNTABILITY. In most programs, you are just a number and a dollar, or are given strict "contact limits" on when you are allowed to contact your coach (ex. once/week, 2x/month). Not with OPB. I encourage my clients to contact me WHENEVER they need - I talk to my clients every day! I would rather they message me with their question, than be forced to wait until next week and feel confused or frustrated.
SUSTAINABILITY. I don't care how great a program is, if you can't follow it or be consistent for the long haul, it does you no good. Our course is designed to help you create better habits over time, without making you feel like you are not "allowed" to eat certain things. Building that better foundation is what allows you to live your life with birthday parties, get-to-togethers, or a random night out on a Tuesday, without derailing your success or making you feel guilty for being human.
There are so many fad diets (HCG, Atkins, Paleo, Keto) and incomplete programs (Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig), don't even get me STARTED on all of those pyramid schemes (Herbalife, Arbonne, Beach Body, Thrive, Advocare, etc.) that may help you lose weight initially, but they are short-term solutions that almost always result in gaining all that weight back as soon as you stop the diet or program. Why do people stop them? Because they are extreme, expensive, or just unrealistic. I mean, who is never going to eat carbs again? Plus, all of the sodium/preservatives in those frozen delivery meals, or the fact that they make you co-dependent so you can never learn to cook for yourself. You need something that is healthy and realistic to maintain forever, because consistency is key. This course teaches you how to create better habits so you can stay consistent, keep the weight off, and create a positive relationship with food.
