And none of them can give you the 1 on 1 support and guidance you NEED when making a lifestyle change. Accountability is POWERFUL, and can make or break your success. Too often people are given random numbers to "hit," without any explanation or reasoning, and they are left on their own. That makes it too easy to slack off, make excuses, and give up. With us, you are never alone. No “once a week” contact limits, or extra charges for additional messages. That’s restrictive, impersonal, and saying you are not worth their time. This is how most companies run their mass-produced programs, even though they claim 1 on 1 coaching. I am a real person. I talk to my clients every day. CUSTOMIZATION More Than Macros was developed to make the world of macro-nutrients more personal. This is not a generic "template" that anyone who weighs the same as you would get. We use 6 different data points to formulate multiple different eating schedules specific to you and you alone. We constantly work together, changing things up when needed, to ensure your success and that you are happy with the plan you are on.
QUANTITY AND QUALITY Nutrition is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. Therefore, we do NOT believe in "if it fits your macros." That concept does NOT support nutrition. It is lazy and flawed. You wouldn’t put orange juice in your car just because it fits in the tank an expect it to run right. We need to stop filling our macros with garbage and expecting to perform well or be healthy! “Why do I feel sluggish?” “Why can’t I get through this 8-minute workout without feeling like I am going to die?” Check your food. There's a reason you're hungry 10 minutes after eating cookies. Your body is telling you it's still HUNGRY for the real nutrients it's missing from the real food you SHOULD have given it. This industry puts far too much emphasis on numbers, and not nearly enough on education. We are told “calories are all that matters” because that's easy and requires no actual knowledge. Welp, I want my clients to actually learn and be able to do this on their own. I don’t expect you to be perfect, because #life, but I will teach you about quality foods that will fuel your workouts for efficiency and results.
