When looking for someone to program workouts for my OPB clients or anyone asking about fitness, I thought why not partner with the person I trust to program for MYSELF? Since working with Taylar, I have done things that I KNOW I would have never done on my own & I have worked more on my weaknesses in the past month than I have in the past year!
Taylar has a ridiculous amount of experience in the fitness world from power lifting, Grid, CrossFit, & coaching-- not to mention countless records. Besides the fact that she is one of the strongest humans I know, she shares the same values of INDIVIDUALIZATION and SUPPORTas I do. Everyone has their own strengths/weaknesses, so we each need our own personal programming! Most programs are general & the same for everyone. Includes video analysis from your personal coach to critique form to move safer and more efficiently and unlimited coaching support.
Looking to become a more complete athlete? Take your training more seriously? Possibly compete? Or just looking for more variety and a challenge? This program is an all-in-one option that can be done wherever you have access to full equipment. A structured program for the advance athlete to help maximize their potential and grow to become firebreathers and compete on the next level! This 5-day program includes your Olympic and Power lifts, gymnastics, and conditioning all in one and delivered through cycles to make sure you are peaking at the appropriate times. Structured warm ups/cool downs and accessory tracks will be programed based off of your testing to give special focus toward building your weaknesses into strengths!
MADE FOR EVERYONE!!! This track was created with the everyday person in mind who is new to fitness and wanting variety. This program is structured to still be able to build lean muscle mass, improve your conditioning, and move better while increasing your mobility and flexibility. Video library provided to make sure you are moving properly and safely to maximize the program! A 5-day program with 2 scheduled rest/Active Recovery days. Easy to move around and fit your schedule. These workouts require little to no equipment and can be done easily on the road! Recommended Equipment: Jump rope, resistance band (long and short), light DBs and KBs. Will have bodyweight version available as well.
