When looking for someone to program workouts for my OPB members, I thought why not partner with the person I trust to program for MYSELF? Since working with Taylar, I have done things that I KNOW I would have never done on my own & I have worked more on my weaknesses in the past month than I have in the past year! She is always there to support me whether it's at a comp, or on a Tuesday.
Taylar has a ridiculous amount of experience in the fitness world from power lifting, Grid, CrossFit, & coaching-- not to mention countless records. Besides the fact that she is one of the strongest humans I know, she shares the same values of INDIVIDUALIZATION and SUPPORTas I do. Everyone has their own strengths/weaknesses, so we each need our own personal programming! Most programs are general & the same for everyone. I have experienced FIRST HAND that Taylar “Taylars” her programming for each Taylar’d Athlete! She will also connect with you to discuss your goals, expectations, fitness levels, etc. before you even sign up! She has created a team of coaches who genuinely care about their members and are committed to your success. You don't have to be a seasoned athlete either.
