There are a TON of recipes in the PDF below from a low glycemic impact recipe vault I use! While I have used several of them, I have not checked every single one. That being said, there may be recipes with ingredients that may not be on the foods list or may seem funny (ex. 1 tsp sugar). My guess is they included these for those who need more flexible options, however I do not agree with it because it is counter productive. So! Just read each recipe, and use your noggin :) You can always check with me (send a picture) if you think it is questionable!
ps. FYI: Any time you see "Spelnda" in any of these... use Stevia or Monk Fruit instead!
